What is DocPipes? |
DocPipes is a software utility that performs each of the operations of a business process as
individual pieces of work. With a unique combination of over 90 different modules, users have
the ability to build highly flexible, robust, and efficient process flows. |
 |
| |
 |
Why use DocPipes? |
| Business processes contain far too many
manual steps; steps that include emailing files
to specific users, moving files from one
location to another, and appending
information to already created files. DocPipes
eliminates many, if not all, of the manual
steps in a process through the use of easily
configured modules, creating an extremely
efficient business process. |
| |
|
 |
| Why use DocPipes? |
| DocPipes has the ability to run a process 24
hours a day, seven days a week. If necessary,
the DocPipes process can easily be modified
with very minimal downtime or data
disruption. This allows DocPipes to adapt to
ever changing business processes as they
grow more and more complex |
| |
 |
Who uses DocPipes? |
| Anyone can use DocPipes. No process is too
big or too small for DocPipes to handle.
Whether it’s simple processes like redacting
documents so they can be printed without
any visible classified data or a more complex
and robust processes such as collecting,
monitoring, and building documents for
government submission, DocPipes has the
ability to create and run these processes. |
| |
|
 |
| Where do you use DocPipes? |
| DocPipes can be run in several locations. A
process can be hosted in house, or it can be
hosted at a Total Solutions facility. A process
built using DocPipes can also be run at
multiple locations at the same time, even
across firewalls. With its robust functionality,
DocPipes can send documents started from
one location to another location for additional
processing and then to yet another for
process completion. |
